02THE STORY
Challenge → approach → outcome.
Same information framework on every case study. Different visual rhythm for every project.
01
CHALLENGE
Challenge
The original WordPress/Elementor template-kit direction created persistence and routing friction, carried generic animal-shelter language, and risked keeping routine updates dependent on Synistar. CATR needed a stable platform organized around its actual cat-help workflow and personality.
02
SYNISTAR APPROACH
Synistar Approach
Synistar moved the project to a standalone PHP/MySQL system with a custom front controller, CATR-specific black/white design language, the interactive CATR Command Center, service-first help pathways, scheduled maintenance controls, and a CMS organized around pages, services, events, gallery, news, FAQs, reviews, public files, messages, users, SEO, and system checks.

OUTCOME
Outcome
The result is a distinctive cat-help platform with clear service pathways, a direct “I Need Help With a Cat” conversion, strong local-search foundations, and direct staff control over routine content. The biggest remaining opportunity is content population in Gallery, Events, News, Public Files, and real review/story sections rather than foundational redevelopment.
