I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University, along with certifications in Business Process Improvement, Leadership, and Communication. At Synistar, I oversee financial operations, vendor coordination, internal workflows, and project logistics—ensuring every part of our business runs smoothly and efficiently. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between strategy and execution, and I continue to stay active in my community as a member of the Lexington Planning Commission and Vice President of Keep Lexington Beautiful.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University, where I focused on leadership, organizational strategy, and operational systems. Throughout my studies, I applied real-world experience from the HVAC and electrical industries to deepen my understanding of business development and team management. In addition to my degree, I’ve completed certifications in Business Process Improvement, People & Business Leadership, and Communication—skills I apply daily in my role at Synistar and in community leadership.
Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my leadership in both the private and public sectors. I was appointed to the Lexington Planning Commission for my commitment to local development and civic engagement, and I currently serve as Vice President of Keep Lexington Beautiful, helping lead community improvement efforts. At FRAE Inc., I earned internal recognition for implementing cost-saving systems in inventory, billing, and fleet maintenance—initiatives that improved efficiency and safety across operations.
