2. Services Provided Synistar LLC offers website development, SEO, digital marketing, and maintenance services. Our services are subject to availability and may change or be updated without prior notice.

4. Payments & Refunds
- Website development projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due before launch.
- SEO and maintenance plans are billed monthly with auto-renewal unless canceled in advance.
- Refunds are only issued in accordance with our refund policy. No refunds are provided for completed work.
- Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
5. Intellectual Property
- All website designs, graphics, and written content created by Synistar LLC remain the property of Synistar until full payment is received.
- Once paid in full, ownership rights of the final product are transferred to the client.
- Clients may not resell, redistribute, or modify Synistar’s proprietary designs or content without permission.
6. Website Maintenance & Security
- Clients enrolled in a maintenance plan will receive regular updates, security monitoring, and technical support.
- Synistar is not responsible for security breaches caused by third-party plugins, hosting providers, or user negligence.
- Clients who opt out of a maintenance plan are responsible for managing their website’s security and updates.
7. Termination of Services We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:
- A client violates these Terms.
- Payments are overdue beyond the agreed terms.
- A client engages in abusive or unlawful activity.
Clients may cancel services by providing a 30-day written notice for recurring plans.
8. Limitation of Liability Synistar LLC is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Downtime, technical errors, or data loss caused by hosting providers or third-party software.
- Any actions taken by users based on website content or service recommendations.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the affected service.
9. Privacy & Data Protection We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data handling practices.
10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
